Warranty Overview:

• Creative, Performance, Expression, Select, Ambition, Passport Series: 5 years parts / 2 years labour (domestic use)
• Smarter Series: 2 years parts / 2 years labour (domestic use)
• Overlockers: 2 years parts / 2 years labour (domestic use)
• Commercial or teaching use: 6-month warranty
• Educational discount machines: No warranty

What’s Covered:

• Manufacturing defects
• Faulty parts

What’s Not Covered:

• Accidental damage or misuse
• Normal wear and tear
• Timing issues
• Consumables & minor parts, including:
  • Needles, needle threaders, bobbins, bobbin cases, needle plates
  • Light bulbs, blades, belts
  • Presser feet, embroidery frames, tools
• Damages from improper maintenance or use outside the manual guidelines

Register Your Machine:

• The Sewing Studio can register your warranty on your behalf
• Provide your machine’s serial number, name, address, and email
• Registration confirmation will be sent by email
