Warranty Overview:

• Standard warranty: 2 years (parts & labour, domestic use)
• Commercial, teaching, or educational-use machines: 1 year
• Educational discount machines: No warranty

What’s Covered:

• Manufacturing defects
• Faulty parts 

What’s Not Covered:

• Accidental damage or misuse
• Normal wear and tear
• Timing issues
• Consumables & minor parts, including:
  • Needles, needle threaders, bobbins, bobbin cases, needle plates
  • Light bulbs, blades, belts
  • Presser feet, embroidery frames, tools
• Damages from improper maintenance or use outside the manual guidelines

Extended Warranty:

Select Baby Lock machines are eligible for an additional 2-year extension when registered within 3 months of purchase:

• Gloria, Ovation, Aspire, Acclaim, Enlighten, Victory, Enspire, Euphoria, Cover Stitch, Primo
• Extended warranty is available in the UK only
• Registration after 3 months from the purchase date will not qualify

Register Your Machine:

• Standard warranty: Keep your original receipt as proof of purchase
• Extended warranty: Complete the baby lock registration within 3 months of purchase
