• Most Brother machines: 3 years (parts & labour, domestic use)
• Innov-is XE2, XJ2, CX1, and CX1e models: 5 years
• Commercial, teaching, or educational-use machines: 1 year
• VR, PR1X, PR680W, PR1055, PR1060: 1 year
• Educational discount machines: No warranty

What’s Covered:

• Manufacturing defects
• Faulty parts

What’s Not Covered:

• Accidental damage or misuse
• Normal wear and tear
• Timing issues
• Consumables & minor parts, including:
  • Needles, needle threaders, bobbins, bobbin cases, needle plates
  • Light bulbs, blades, belts
  • Presser feet, embroidery frames, tools
    
• Damages due to improper maintenance or use outside the manual guidelines

Register Your Machine:

• Brother does not require registration
• Keep your original receipt or invoice as proof of purchase
