• Sewing & Embroidery Machines: 7 years parts / 7 years labour (domestic use, UK exclusive — requires servicing every 2 years or as prompted by machine)
• Overlock & Coverstitch Machines: Electrical 2 years / Mechanical 5 years
• Commercial, teaching, or educational-use machines: 1 year
• Educational discount machines: No warranty

What’s Covered:

• Manufacturing defects
• Faulty parts

What’s Not Covered:

• Accidental damage or misuse
• Normal wear and tear
• Timing issues
• Consumables & minor parts, including:
  • Needles, needle threaders, bobbins, bobbin cases, needle plates
  • Light bulbs, blades, belts
  • Presser feet, embroidery frames, tools
• Damages from improper maintenance or use outside the manual guidelines
