Warranty Overview:

• Standard warranty: 2 years (parts & labour, domestic use)
• Extended warranty: up to 5 years (within 30 days of purchase)
• Commercial, teaching, educational-use  and straight stitch machines: 1 year

What’s Covered:

• Manufacturing defects
• Faulty parts
  

What’s Not Covered:

• Accidental damage or misuse
• Normal wear and tear
• Timing issues
• Consumables & minor parts, including:
  • Needles, needle threaders, bobbins, bobbin cases, needle plates
  • Light bulbs, blades, belts
  • Presser feet, embroidery frames, tools
• Damages due to improper maintenance or use outside the manual guidelines
