For single domestic machines, there’s no need to book - simply bring your machine in and we’ll take care of it. Lead times can vary and we’ll advise you of the expected turnaround when you arrive.

For schools with multiple machines or those with semi-commercial embroidery machines, a booking is required to ensure we can accommodate your service. Please contact us to arrange a suitable time.
