Firstly, we’re sorry and we’ll do our best to make it right as quickly as possible.

Steps to follow:

  1. Document everything: Take clear photos of the damaged item and packaging immediately.
  2. Signing parcels: Signing for a parcel does not mean you accept it is in good condition. If possible, sign as “unchecked”.
  3. Contact us: Send your photos and details of the damage via our Contact Form. You do not need to deal with the courier.
  4. Return costs: You will not be charged for returning damaged items.
  5. Collection: We’ll arrange collection of the damaged item.
  6. Replacement: We’ll send a replacement ASAP.
