Firstly, we’re sorry and we’ll do our best to make it right as quickly as possible.
Steps to follow:
- Document everything: Take clear photos of the damaged item and packaging immediately.
- Signing parcels: Signing for a parcel does not mean you accept it is in good condition. If possible, sign as “unchecked”.
- Contact us: Send your photos and details of the damage via our Contact Form. You do not need to deal with the courier.
- Return costs: You will not be charged for returning damaged items.
- Collection: We’ll arrange collection of the damaged item.
- Replacement: We’ll send a replacement ASAP.
