If you’ve received your order and changed your mind, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return it - that’s more than double the 14 days required by UK law.

To qualify for a full refund:

• Items must be unused and in their original condition
• Please keep items in their original packaging.
• Any free promotional items included with your order must also be returned. If not, their value will be deducted from your refund

Items that can’t be returned (unless faulty)

The following items are excluded from change-of-mind returns:

• Cut-to-length products (e.g. fabric, ribbon, elastic)
• Sewing machines purchased on finance where repayments have started
• Opened or activated software, including design cards and bundled programs
• Downloadable products

These are considered custom-made or digital goods and can only be returned if faulty.
